COS for auto battery is for 1*6 structure (12V36~100Ah) of automobile starting lead-acid battery the strap casting and welding.

Suitable for the strap islead and antimony alloy, PE seperator;
Suitable for the car starting type battery: 1*6 structure;
Suitable for the size range of the plate: ( W 120~160mm) X (H 120~150mm) X (lug thickness 0.7~2.3mm, positive and negative lug thickness difference 0.5mm);
Suitable for the battery capacity range: 12V36~100Ah.
Suitable for production capacity: 3pcs/min (full automatic); 2.5 pcs/ min (two-person operation)

Technical Instruction

The whole set COS includes:

Plate group feeding & finishing system
Lug sawing & brushing, Fluxing, dipping tin platform
Strap welding platform
Plate group automatic into slot platform
Lead melting pot with quantitative lead supply system
Mold cooling tank
Centralized electrical control system
Environmental protection structure

Strap quality standard:

Straplength: ≤(plate group thickness-2.0mm);
Strapwidth: ≤(lug width + 3.2~3.6mm);
Minimum thickness size of the strap: according to the customer’s battery drawing requirements
Actual dimensional accuracy error of strap: width ± 0.2mm, length ± 0.2mm, thickness ± 0.5mm.
