COS for 2*3 structure battery is suitable for valve-controlled lead-acid batteries, which can meet the AGM separator tight assembly, 2*3 battery structure, 12V150~260Ah multiple plate group strap, pole column and end pole column casting and welding.

Technical Instruction

1.Suit 2*3 structure battery size:L(400~540mm)X W(150~270mm)X H(180~230mm).

2. Suit plate size:(W130-170mm)X(H160-190mm)X(Lug thickness 1.5-3.0mm,the thickness difference between positive and negative plate should ≤0.8mm).

3. Suit battery capacity:12V150~260Ah.

4. 8h output of 12V150Ah~260Ah products: ≥500pcs.

5. 12V150Ah~260Ah products should meet: the minimum time of a single battery welding cycle is 45 seconds.

6. Casting and welding pass rate > 99.9% (calculated by plate group);

7.Pass rate of slot > 99.9% (calculated by plate group);

8. More than 2mm wide busbar lead cover ≤50% (according to the plate group);

9.Minimum size of strap thickness: 6~8mm;

10. Strap actual dimensional accuracy error: width ±0.15mm, length ±0.2mm, thickness ±0.3mm.

11.The straddle-free bridge welding process is adopted, and the straddle bridge is located above the bus slope.
