Strap quality standard：
- Casting welding quality of strap: plate lug is fully fused with lead solution, without cladding welding, virtual welding and false welding.
- Appearance quality of strap: the strap is beautiful in appearance,and there is no adhesive large lead block outside the casting mouth (the width of lead hanging in the direction of the casting mouth is ≤1mm; The thicknessof 1 mm or less. Length according to casting opening)
- Strap size quality: strap thickness ≤4.0-6.0mm; strap width = lug width + (3.2~3.6) mm; strap length ≤ plate group thickness -2mm
