COS for auto battery is for  1*6 structure (12V36~100Ah) of automobile starting lead-acid battery the strap casting and welding.

  • Suitable for the strap islead and antimony alloy, PE seperator;
  • Suitable for the car starting type battery: 1*6 structure;
  • Suitable for the size range of the plate: ( W 120~160mm) X (H 120~150mm) X (lug thickness 0.7~2.3mm, positive and negative lug thickness difference 0.5mm);
  • Suitable for the battery capacity range: 12V36~100Ah.
  • Suitable for production capacity: 3pcs/min (full automatic);   2.5 pcs/ min (two-person operation)

Technical Instruction

The whole set COS includes:

  • Plate group feeding & finishing system
  • Lug sawing & brushing, Fluxing,  dipping tin platform
  • Strap welding platform
  • Plate group automatic into slot platform
  • Lead melting pot with quantitative lead supply system
  • Mold cooling tank 
  • Centralized electrical control system 
  • Environmental protection structure

Strap quality standard:

  • Straplength: ≤(plate group thickness-2.0mm);
  • Strapwidth: ≤(lug width + 3.2~3.6mm);
  • Minimum thickness size of the strap: according to the customer’s battery drawing requirements
  • Actual dimensional accuracy error of strap: width ± 0.2mm, length ± 0.2mm, thickness ± 0.5mm.
